General Questions
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received before April 28, 2023 are fully refundable. Cancellations received after the start of the Academy, are not refundable. Registration is transferable if you are unable to attend the Academy. To transfer registration, contact learning@nicb.org.
Can I get a copy of the presentations?
PDF copies of the presentations will be available for download via Whova, upon facilitators' approval. Due to potential proprietary information, some presentations may not be available.

When is the last day I can register for the Academy?
Registration will be open until May 1, 2023.
What is the registration process?
Register and submit payment for the 2023 Fraud Investigation Academy. Upon payment, links will be provided, via email, to the academy’s daily registration forms. These forms are necessary to attend the virtual sessions and to capture CE information.
Note: Payment is only required once
Do I have to register for sessions?
Yes. Attendees will have to register for the days they wish to attend. There will be one registration form per day. Links for daily registration forms will be sent to the individual upon payment.

Do I have to pay when registering, or can I be invoiced?
Payment must be made when registering.
Can I use my NICB credit to register for this Academy?
Yes. Please contact Learning@nicb.org to register using credit.
Can I transfer my credit to someone else?
No. Credit cannot be transferred.

The Fraud Investigation Academy will be held over four days.

Are courses approved for Continuing Education (CE) Credit?
Continuing Education (CE) credit will be provided by day, not by course. Each day will provide 4 hours of credit (based on state review). In order to receive daily CE credit, individuals will be required to attend all sessions for that day.
Continuing Education Credit will be provided for:
Delaware, Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas
Are the sessions being recorded?
The sessions will not be recorded.
